The Kaleidoscope Project was founded by six women who came together looking for a place where they can celebrate the successes they've had and explore the challenges they face in today’s ever-changing professional landscape. Together, they will be hosting annual events and retreats to bring like-minded individuals together to share insights with others in a space that fosters thought-provoking conversations while incorporating entertaining activities at the same time.
The Kaleidoscope was invented in 1817 by Scottish Scientist David Brewster. David said, “When you look into a kaleidoscope, you see something beautiful. Thus, the kaleidoscope has taken on a new meaning for me. It represents the initiative we all must take to sustain beauty in our lives and land in the right place, as life continues to change and we are continuously challenged".
Why the "Kaleidoscope Project"?
The founders chose the name Kaleidoscope Project, because they want to bring people from all walks of like together to reflect and bring pieces of what makes them who they are in a unique and beautiful way that fits their own perspectives, lives, and a bit of chance.
