Kristi Telschow is a true entrepreneur at heart. In 2014 Kristi went on to co-found Morris Technology Partners with Lou D’Angeli and subsequently received a joint award with her partner for Best Management Team and Innovator of the Year, 2018 by NJ Tech Council.
Kristi hasn’t stopped there. In the past, she served as President and VP of Marketing of SHRM for Morris County, sat on the Board of Directors for the New Jersey Staffing Alliance, and continues to act as an Advisor to the Dress for Success of Northern NJ - 10 counties Board.

Christine started her career working for Continental Airlines as a Human Resources Generalist supporting the Inflight department. After the merger of Continental and United Airlines Christine was chosen to help spearhead a training program focused on a change management initiative to align the very different Flight Attendant work group cultures. After several successful years in the training department, she transitioned to the role of a Flight Attendant, a position that provided more time with her daughter and fulfilled her passion to travel.
Christine currently holds a board seat with the Society for Human Resource Management – Morris County Chapter (SHRM). In 2014 she created and implemented a chapter Ambassador Program which was very successful and has been adopted by several other local chapters. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management as well as a Professional in Human Resources PHR and SHRM-CP certification.
As one of the Founders of the Kaleidoscope Project, this endeavor in particular, spoke to Christine as her professional journey has been full of challenges. The opportunity to come together to learn about other women’s journeys though their lens is truly an honor.

Nicole finds the continuous change in trend, fashion, culture and lifestyle exciting and inspiring, which sparks a passion to push out innovative, fun products
Nicole’s day job is the Senior Director of Marketing and Sales at Keystone Cosmetics and Sciences. She has been in love with the beauty industry for as long as she can remember. Nicole finds the continuous change in trend, fashion, culture and lifestyle exciting and inspiring, which sparks a passion to push out innovative, fun products that will make an impact.
After college, she started her career in the manufacturing sector of the beauty industry and 20 years later, she hasn’t looked back. Nicole has extensive knowledge and insight into the dynamics of the cosmetics business and the ability to envision how a product will be perceived by the customer. She loves being on the inside, interpreting trends and concepts and turning ideas into products that will eventually end up in the market under a big brand name.
Being a working mother has its challenges, especially with Nicole’s type A personality – she needs to do it all! But she is beyond fortunate to have the daily support of her husband and two kids. In her free time, she loves watching her kids play sports, dining out, reading, and traveling.
